Usually delivery takes 1-3 days. The exact date of delivery of the goods will be reported to you by the manager of the online store when placing an order.
The "Money Transfer" service is paid for by the "Velohaus" online store, according to the tariffs of the delivery service. Orders worth more than PLN 10,000 can be picked up and paid at any Poczta Polska branch or in our store.
Address delivery of an unpaid order in the amount of over PLN 10,000 is not available.
If your order is sent from any city, except Kraków, to the warehouse of Poczta Polska in your city - the cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service.
* When calculating the cost of lifting the goods takes into account the physical or volumetric weight of the order (large value). In case of impossibility of lifting the goods on the elevator, the cost is charged on the floors.

Payment in cash upon receipt of the goods is possible in all chain stores in Polish. Payment is made exclusively in national currency. To confirm payment, we issue you a sales receipt.

Payment by cashless payment is made at the cash desk of any bank or from the current account of your company. When choosing a non-cash method of payment, delivery of the order is possible after receipt of funds in our current account.

After placing an order, the store manager will send you an invoice by fax or e-mail, which you can pay at the cash desk of any bank or from the current account of your company. For legal entities, a package of all necessary documents is provided.

Payment of the order online by Visa or MasterCard bank card. Delivery of goods is possible only after confirmation of payment.

After that, you will be redirected to the page of the bank's secure payment system, where you will need to confirm the payment.
Please note that only the customer whose name was indicated on the website at the time of ordering can receive the goods paid for with a payment card, so you must have a passport when receiving the order.
Cash on delivery
Payment is made after checking the composition of the parcel for compliance with the order and the receipt only in national currency. Please note that upon receipt of the parcel at the carrier's office or courier and payment, you sign the acceptance certificate, which confirms the fact of checking the parcel for compliance with your order, as well as agree with the appearance of the goods, its configuration and have no claims to the online store and the carrier company.
